How to Use CBD Massage Oil
Shake the bottle before use.
Apply a small amount to clean, intact skin and massage gently into the whole body or a localised area. Start with enough oil to allow your hands to glide comfortably, adding more if needed.
The product’s directions recommend use one to three times daily. Follow the label and avoid excessive pressure when massaging.
For bath use, the supplied directions recommend three to five capfuls. Take care when entering and leaving the bath, as oil can make the surface slippery.
