We want you to be happy with your purchase but we know that this is not always the case. So if you want to send your products back here's our refund policy:
All of our products carry a 14 day customer satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied, simply return the product within 14 days for a full refund. When you return your goods please also email us at info@bristolcbd.co.uk stating your name, phone number and reason for return. In addition please provide us with your bank account details for the refund to be sent to. We aim to process all return request within 72 hours of receiving the returned goods.
Please note that:
1. It is up to you to pay any cost of the return shipping.
2. You are responsible for the product until we receive it.
3. The product should be returned in it’s original packaging.
